First, prepare a mixture of warm water, sugar, dry yeast in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine flour, salt and lots of eggs.
Add the yeast mixture into the flour bowl, the mixture should be extra sticky. Knead the dough for about 20 minutes, until it is all very smooth.
Now add about 1 stick of room temperature butter little by little into the bread, it should make squelch sounds!
After everything is kneaded well, cover the top of the bowl with a kitchen towel and leave it at room temperature for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, divide the dough into 3 pieces.
On a big cutting board, spread each dough into thin, long pieces and align each dough piece horizontally on your cutting board.
Now start braiding (like you braid hair) with the 3 long dough pieces.
Once it is all done, place the entire braided dough onto an oven sheet, and again, lay it in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Before you put it in the oven, have a mixture of egg and milk to coat the bread.
Then put the bread in the oven for 400 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
And abracadabra! All done 🙂
