Frozen Sherbert

First things first, make a simple syrup: 1C water and 1C sugar.

Use 2C watermelon juice (any juice of your choice), to put in a bowl. Add about the same amount of champagne (2C) and a touch salt.

Add the syrup mixture to the juice, and keep it in the fridge for about 1 hour.

Take out the mixture after an hour, use a fork to shake shake the sherbert for 2 hours ever 30 minutes (4 times in total).

Serve in a martini glass and smile and be happy!!
