Prepare vegetables such a cucumber, and beet (green and purple are great colours, colour is the most important thing to me wherever I go!). Thyme, dill and bay leaves also have wonderful aromas and it also makes me happy!

To make pickle juice: First prepare balsamic vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Heat until everything is blended together. Set aside

Spice: Set aside toasted coriander and mustard seeds (using a frying pan, until you can smell its aroma).

And then put the vegetables, pickle juice. and spice all together in a jar.

Keep the jar in a cold place for at least 24hours, and enjoy them!

 

One more thing, if you have left over carrots, you can prepare another side dish which is healthy and delicious.

Combing sugar, oregano, honey, salt and pepper to taste and last but not least drizzle olive oil and coat all the flavours together and put it in the oven. It is a yummy side dish for anything!

 


How cute is this?! This is my favourite and most convenient article of clothing. We always need bath towels but this has never been such a fun robe for me, especially with my pixelated logo on it. I have never seen a robe like this one, and now I have ordered it. I cannot wait for it to arrive in the mail! It has made me very happy.

Ingredients

2T oil/1T ginger/ half Onion, chopped/1T cumin seeds/1T coriander powder/1t turmeric/1t salt/

pinch of freshly ground pepper/ 1 tomato, chopped/ 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes/ half cup water/ 1 small eggplant, cut into bite sized.

Directions

Place oil in a large non-stick skillet and heat over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and ginger and cook for 1 minutes. Stir in the spices and salt and pepper.

and the add tomatoes and sweet potatoes. Bring to a boil and then turn down the heat and cook until they are tender, about 1- minutes.

Add eggplant and stir well. cook until the eggplant is tender -crispy,

 

 


Salmon Sandwich

  • Any kind of Bread
  • Sauce:
    • Mayonnaise
    • Sour cream
    • White wine
    • Basil
    • Dill
    • Green onion / vinegar / salt and pepper to taste

Chicken Wings (As much as you can eat)

  • Sauce:
    • Malted Butter
    • Hot sauce
    • salt to taste
  • 350-35mims.

Soya Banana juice

  • Soya milk
  • Banana(very soft)
  • little Coco powder
  • Vanilla extract

This is the basic recipe which I then adjust to my liking.  So feel free to be creative in your own way!

 


  • 1/2C mayonnaise
  • 1t Celery Seed
  • 1/3C sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2T Rice Vinegar,
  • Squeezed lemon 1
  • 1/2 T Honey
  • little Dijon mustard
  • Nutmeg

Combine Coleslaw mix, yellow and red bell pepper , Celery ,pumpkin seed etc

and pour dressing over salad mix well.

IT baking powder

1t baking soda

1/2 the salt

1 egg

I stick unsalted butter.

That is basic.

After this, you may creative your way.

Milk, buttermilk. Sour cream etc..

Please forget 1C blueberries.

350 at 30 minutes.
