Prepare 1 cup of water, butter or oil, sugar, and cinnamon, as well as your favourite spices.
Heat until everything starts to boil, and then put 1 cup of flour at once.
Use a bag to pipe the batter through in the shape of your desired churros and put the dough into the freezer for a while.
Then, fry it in oil that is 325 degrees celsius.
To dress up: sprinkle cinnamon sugar, and cardamom spice on top.
